RE/MAX DOMINATES INDUSTRY!

What used to be a trend has become a tradition, as RE/MAX again dominates the recently released Real Trends 500, the annual ranking of the real estate industry's largest U.S. Brokers.

In the year 1999 a special 80-page magazine edition (published by the team behind the Real Trends industry newsletter) - where firms are ranked in several categories, including closed transaction sides and dollar volume, RE/MAX placed 182 firms among the nation's top 540, accounting for more than one-third of the brokerages. 

RE/MAX had more firms than the next four real estate networks combined.

The achievement is even more noteworthy in that independently owned RE/MAX brokerages were pitted against several huge company owned mega brokers.

Through the years RE/MAX has enjoyed a steady presence in the annual Real Trends study:

1996 = 95 of the top 375 brokerages for 25%
1997 = 162 of the top 482 brokerages for 33.6%
1998 = 176 of the top 537 brokerages for 32.8%
1999 = 182 of the top 540 brokerages for 33.7%
