Masters Club Members must sell at least $4 Million dollars in real estate or 36 transactions in a given year, and be a member in good standing of the Association of Realtors to qualify for membership. All sales must be signed and certified by the Broker of their company.

Life membership in the Masters Club is awarded only to those Placer County REALTOR members that have proven to be consistent sales leaders.

This level of sales is set to allow no more than 20 percent of Realtors into this exclusive club. Therefore, the Masters Club is reserved for those who have exceptional versatility in sales and marketing of all types of property and price ranges.
