Placer County Called Fastest in Region for Job Growth!

Between 1997 and 2022, the number of jobs in Placer County is expected to grow from 85,950 to 202,810, an increase of 116,860 or 136 percent, according to the Sacramento Area Council of Governments.

The greatest percentage of job growth will occur in Lincoln, Loomis and Rocklin, but the most new employment positions altogether will be generated in Roseville.

The number of jobs in Auburn is expected to increase from 10,803 in 1997 to 13,210 in 2022.
